Reason for retirement: EPEL upstream is newer than what we provide

There will be no future updates to this package.

This package, along with its source rpm, will shortly be removed from the
public mirrors.  If you require a copy of this package it may still be
retrieved manually from the Psychotic Ninja Vault at:
